A lot of great bands, known and unknown, have come and gone; much of their music never saw the music store shelves and the ones that did have long since gone out of print. That's where we come in. We are dedicated to getting these great pieces of music out to the public, along with a few new ones to boot!

AIR RAID - Air Raid
Metal Mayhem is proud to announce the release of Air Raid.  This is the first time on cd for this classic pomp AOR release from 1981.  Air Raid were a brilliant AOR band from Atlanta area similar in style to Yes, Styx, Trillion, and Cannata.  Air Raid was led by singer/songwriter, Arthur Offen who has carried on the torch with his new band “Flag”.  Check out the Flag material at:  http://www.arthuroffen.com. Metal Mayhem’s first Collector’s Series is finally well underway with three releases so far.

BOOTLEG – Bootleg - #3 in the series is the debut album from Florida based hair metal band, Bootleg.  Bootleg plays riff oriented 80s hair metal with catchy choruses.  If you are a fan of 80’s Indie Hair Metal, then look no further.  Bootleg combines elements of Dokken, Tangier, Dirty Blonde, and Dirty Rhythm into a well crafted rock cd. Delirious - The Original Delerious – #2 in the series is the complete recorded works of the UK based melodic rock band, Delirious.  Formed in 1990, the band found local success playing throughout the south of England, with frequent appearances at some of London’s premier venues.  Their first studio album “Too Much Is Never Enough” was recorded in 1991 and released on cassette only.  Delirious went back in the studio in 1993 and recorded the “Vamp EP”, a 5 song CD that generated some label interest for the band.  This release features 16 tracks of pure melodic rock bliss for fans of Praying Mantis, Little Angels, Kooga, and Lost Weekend. SHANGHAI - Take Another Bite - #1 in the series is the debut album from Connecticut based sleaze metal band, Shanghai.  Produced by James Christian (House of Lords) and Jeff Cannata (Arc Angel), “Take Another Bite” was independently recorded in 1989 and was quickly picked up for a Japanese record deal.  Take Another Bite is full of great songs, sleazy guitars, big hair, killer vocals, and a sex, drugs and rock n’ roll attitude.  This is one of the best sleazy hair metal cds out there.  For fans of Poison, Motley Crue, Skid Row, and Sgt.
